The first step of the project involved a meticulous design process. The team carefully assessed the partially shaded area, considering factors such as the amount of sunlight that filters through the trees, soil conditions, and available space. The design took into account the unique challenges and opportunities presented by the tree canopy, ensuring the garden layout complemented and embraced the existing natural elements.

During the planning phase, suitable plant varieties were chosen that thrive in partially shaded environments. The selection process considered factors such as shade tolerance, moisture requirements, and aesthetic appeal. Plantings were strategically placed to make the most of the available light and provide a visually pleasing composition that worked in harmony with the mature trees.

The installation phase involved careful consideration of the trees’ root systems and the preservation of their health. The team took precautions to protect the roots during the installation process, minimizing any disturbance or damage. Raised garden beds or containers were utilized to provide suitable planting areas without affecting the trees’ root zones.

As the project progressed, ongoing care and maintenance were crucial to the garden’s success. Regular watering, fertilization, and pruning were conducted to promote plant growth and maintain an attractive appearance. Mulching was applied to conserve moisture and suppress weed growth, further supporting the health of the garden.
