About Project
Project One Red Hill involved the landscape reinstallation on selected homes, followed by the ongoing maintenance of the gardens and lawns. Additionally, lawn compaction and topdressing were carried out on specific homes that had uneven lawn surfaces, ensuring a uniform and healthy appearance throughout the neighborhood.
Solutions
The project began with the landscape reinstallation on several homes. This included the design and implementation of new garden layouts, considering factors such as the homeowners’ preferences, the surrounding environment, and the overall aesthetic vision. The reinstallation process involved the removal of existing vegetation, if necessary, and the introduction of new plants, shrubs, and trees to create a fresh and appealing landscape.
Once the landscape reinstallation was complete, the project transitioned to the maintenance phase. This involved regular care and upkeep of the gardens and lawns. Maintenance tasks included watering, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control, ensuring the health and vitality of the plants. The lawns were mowed and edged regularly to maintain a well-groomed appearance.
For homes with uneven lawn surfaces, lawn compaction and topdressing were performed. Lawn compaction addressed areas where the soil had become densely packed and caused unevenness. The compacted areas were aerated or mechanically loosened to improve soil structure and drainage.
Topdressing was then applied to even out the lawn surfaces. This involved spreading a layer of quality soil mixture over the existing turf, filling in low spots and creating a more level surface. The topdressing process also added essential nutrients to the soil, promoting healthy grass growth and ensuring a lush and uniform lawn.
Outcome
Project One Red Hill aimed to enhance the overall aesthetics and functionality of the neighborhood by reinstalling landscapes, maintaining gardens, and addressing uneven lawn surfaces. The result was a visually appealing and well-maintained environment that provided residents with beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy and appreciate.
