The project began with a thorough assessment of the landscape, taking into account factors such as shade patterns, soil conditions, and existing vegetation. The goal was to create an inviting and aesthetically pleasing outdoor space while ensuring the plants thrived in the available shade.

The removal of the arabica grass was carried out to make way for the shade-friendly grass variety. This change aimed to create a visually cohesive and sustainable lawn that could withstand the shade conditions of the area.

Plant selection played a crucial role in the project. The right plants were carefully chosen based on their tolerance to shade and other site-specific requirements. Plants that could flourish in the available light conditions were strategically placed in appropriate spots, considering factors such as sun exposure, water availability, and complementary colors and textures. This ensured a harmonious and visually appealing landscape.

As part of the renovation, walkways were installed to enhance accessibility and create defined paths within the gardens. The walkways were designed to seamlessly integrate with the surrounding landscape, ensuring they were functional, visually pleasing, and durable.

Throughout the project, ongoing maintenance was conducted to preserve the health and beauty of the gardens. This included regular watering, fertilization, pruning, and pest control measures as necessary. The maintenance efforts were tailored to suit the specific needs of the grass, plants, and walkways, ensuring they remained in optimal condition.
